The finished product was great. The instructions left alot to be desired, they were vague and not complete and in some cases not related to this quad. Once we got it assembled, and dont get me wrong there isnt alot to setting it up but enough they could give a proper parts list and better instructions.
CanadaGreat ATV, poor experience
The item itself has been great so far. Took my 3.5 year old a little bit to figure it out but he got the hang of it. We ended up getting the bundle and received everything but the helmet so that was disappointing. It’s a separate parcel we are STILL waiting for. His hockey helmet is doing the trick for now. 3 star because of parcel missing and the instructions are awful. Highly recommend using the YouTube video for installation.

Item is well built for the price. I mean it isn't premium quality, but I wouldn't want to pay a premium price to get a nicer finish. Was nicely package and no damage on it when it came. Almost ready to use when out of the box. Instructions were unclear for unpacking as they probably change the way they packed the product after printing my manual. Even considering this, the product is easy to setup and use. Only downside in my opinion is that the stop button on the remote doesn't work if the toy was started with the key instead of the remote. We are using it in -10 Celsius conditions right now and battery life is great even with the cold weather. Overall very good quality at a very decent price. We think it will last our kids many years

Have the cameo equad for about a year. Kids loved it, spent every minute they could on. Fast forward to the spring and one of the kids wanted to take the quad out. Told to stay on the trail and not to go in the deep snow, well they went into the deep snow and now it won’t move start and does other weird things. We tried to contact the company to find where we can take it to be repaired. Got told very politely that there is no place that will repair them or no service contract for the quads. So basically they will do their best to talk you through the repairs but doing them will be up to you. Unfortunately neither of us are very good an electrical work so now the quads are useless tell we find someone who can help us.
