Shipping policy

 

At Rosso Motors, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across USA and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked up by couriers/shipping companies within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Vancouver warehouse to the destination.  Orders are shipped by UPS/Loomis/Canada Post or alternate courier companies. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 9 days (for free shipping) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

*Rates provided exclude remote locations and the Canadian Territories. Remote locations include areas outside of standard delivery coverage or shipments above standard shipping costs provided for each unit and will vary with individual location. If a location is considered remote our customer service team will follow up post purchase.
